In my eyes, I am a an average girl who loves life, seeks peace and joy, and loves to spend time with the ones I love.
In God's eyes, I am his beautiful daughter who was harassed and helpless until Jesus saved me in the waters of baptism. Since then, I have been set free to embark on a humbling, exciting, and enlightening journey led by my Lord to unseen glories, unbelievable places in the world, and uncharted territory of my heart.

I'm passionate about a lot of things. I'm a hopeless idealist. I'm a real thinker, I ponder all the time. I have great dreams for the future, and can't wait for God to reveal his specific purpose for my life.
My favourite season is fall, but summer would be a close second. My ideal activity would be lying in a field with close friends while the sun is setting, and having soft, acoustic music playing and a picnic basket full of goodies. I'm not a huge animal person, but I'm a people person! I love meeting new people and striking up a conversation with a complete stranger.
I find joy in reading a good book, laying out in the sun, having deep talks with close friends, going for runs (occasionally..), and having dance parties - sometimes with others, usually by myself. Also, food is a real love of mine - cooking it, eating it, reading about it - I am probably the only teenager that reads Homemaker magazine instead of Teen Vogue or Flare.
My parents went to Turkey and became Sultans. :P
...I love my family. My parents are Wayne and Hilary, and my brother is Nathan. He inspires me with his drive and discipline, and treats me with incredible love and care. My parents laid the foundation of faith in our lives and I'm deeply grateful for their continual sacrifice and support. We're a pretty spontaneous and interesting bunch, definitely works in progress, but I wouldn't trade them for the world.
